Are your products really custom engraved?
Yes. Every engraved item is made to order using professional laser engraving equipment. We do not mass-produce personalized items.
What materials do you engrave?
We engrave on wood, metal, acrylic, leather, and glass/stone. Material options vary by product.
How do I enter my personalization details?
Personalization fields appear on the product page before you add the item to your cart, so your engraving details are attached to your order.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Changes may be possible within 12 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started. Contact us immediately with your order number.
How long does engraving take?
Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days. Bulk or complex orders may require more time.
Do you offer bulk or event discounts?
Yes. Preferred pricing may be available for 250+ items, corporate gifting, and events. Use the Inquiry Form to request a quote.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If it’s a production or shipping damage issue, we’ll resolve it quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary by location. Customs duties/taxes may apply depending on your country.
