At Exquisite Things, every piece is custom engraved and made to order with care. Below is everything you need to know about processing, delivery, and tracking.
Processing Time
All orders are custom made and require processing before shipment.
- Standard processing: 2–5 business days
- Complex, bulk, or highly customized orders may take longer
- Onsite/event orders follow the timeline agreed in advance
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after processing is complete.
- Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days (if selected)
- International: 7–21 business days (destination dependent)
Delivery estimates may vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size/weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please confirm your address is correct before checkout.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If returned due to address errors, reshipping may require additional fees.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
